We are Chelsea and Caitlin, Registered Psychologist and Moms to four kids under 7!
Hello, wonderful friends! We're Chelsea and Caitlin, and we're thrilled to have you here.
We both have struggled in the postpartum period. That led us to becoming fiercely passionate about maternal mental health and committed to filling the gaps in maternal mental health care.
Chelsea's firstborn came into the world 12 weeks early requiring a long and intensive NICU stay. Caitlin struggled significantly with postpartum anxiety. We learned and learned through our postpartum journeys. Chelsea gained additional certification as perinatal mental health professional and Caitlin specializes in how trauma affects our body.
